Marketing Manager (Campaign Production & Launch Execution)

We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Marketing Manager with 1–2 years of print production experience to oversee the execution of large-scale outdoor and theatrical campaigns. This role bridges creative, production, digital, brand, and finance, ensuring every asset launches accurately, on time, and aligned with campaign strategy.



This is an execution-focused marketing role requiring strong cross-functional communication, sharp proofing skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces across print and digital deliverables.



Pay: $40.95/hr

Location: On Site - Hollywood



What You’ll Lead:

Campaign Production & Mechanical Oversight

Partner with Production Artists on digital and print mechanical builds
Review tech lines, datelines, finishing notes, and comp crops for accuracy
Confirm mechanical specs and secure executive approvals
Coordinate updates across in-theatre and Marketing Services teams
Outdoor, 1-Sheet & Specialty Asset Management

Oversee final asset routing and stakeholder distribution
Confirm mechanical sizes, FPO legals, and finishing requirements
Ensure hero finishes and adaptive creative are approved and aligned
Manage vendor handoffs and production timelines
Digital & Social Launch Alignment

Coordinate with Digital and Brand teams on teaser/payoff launches
Ensure online posters match approved finishing comps
Oversee Instagram and social adaptations for campaign consistency
Media Plan & International Coordination

Review media plans and placement specs for compliance and accuracy
Validate international adaptations and creative suites
Secure global creative approvals
Budget & Cost Tracking

Track mechanical production costs
Report and reconcile adjustments with Finance


What You Bring:

1–2 years of print production or campaign marketing experience
Strong proofing skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Box, SharePoint, and Google Workspace
Experience managing cross-functional workflows in a studio or agency environment (preferred)
Ability to communicate clearly with creative, production, and executive stakeholders
