Personal Assistant to Co-Founders

Our client, a fast-growing AI startup based in San Francisco, is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support its two Co-Founders. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role at the center of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, moves quickly, and enjoys operating alongside ambitious founders building at scale.

About the Role
You will provide day-to-day support to both co-founders, ensuring their schedules, logistics, and priorities run smoothly. The scope is broad and requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts independently.

Key responsibilities include:
- Complex calendar management and scheduling
- Travel planning and coordination (with occasional light travel possible)
- Appointment setting, reservations, and event logistics
- Personal and professional administrative support (research, errands, vendor coordination, apartment searches, ad hoc projects)
- Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling or logistical conflicts
- Occasionally supporting broader team needs as required

Requirements:
- 1-5+ years experience providing personal support to busy executives
- A high level of ownership and accountability
- Speed, responsiveness, and sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional presence and clear communication
- Comfort managing up
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Availability and responsiveness outside of standard working hours and on weekends
