Estate/Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estate/Property Manager to oversee two private residential properties in the greater Seattle area. This role works closely with ownership and is responsible for the full scope of property operations, maintenance oversight, and vendor management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable overseeing both the technical systems of a property and the daily operations of a private home. Candidates must reside in the Seattle area and be comfortable commuting between two locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of buildings, systems, and grounds, ensuring safety, readiness, and seasonal upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans and maintain organized service records and documentation.
• Supervise housekeeping standards and ensure residences are consistently prepared for use.
• Manage vendors, review proposals and invoices, and lead maintenance projects.
• Oversee residential AV/IT systems.
• Monitor expenses, validate invoices, and support budgeting..

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in residential property management, estate management, or private services.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Established vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-through skills.
