Learning & Development Project Manager

Our client, a creative marketing agency for brand activations, pop-ups and culturally driven campaigns, is looking for a Project Manager to join their Learning and Development team.

Role:
The L&D Project Manager is a developmental position for professionals who wish to grow in the Healthcare Communications sector. Candidates may develop along a Learning Strategist track or a Producer track.
The Project Manager works on both client and departmental projects. For our clients, they support producers in creating learning materials and solving corporate training challenges. For the department, the Project Manager supports the head of Learning and Development with new-business and operational activities.

Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management
o Support Producers/Executive Producers on L&D projects
o Source both human and material resources
o Create and manage timelines
o Review and QC manuscripts
o Coordinate with both internal and external team members
o Manage project logistics
o Upload documents into client-review portals
o Problem-solve with the team
o Travel on-site as needed

Instructional Design
o Actively participate in creative meetings and assist in establishing learning plans for our healthcare clients
o Review ID documentation and make suggestions for improving clarity and flow
o Draft ID documentation and develop training content with the guidance and support from department staff

Departmental Operations
o Coordinate new-business pitches and RFP responses
o Develop processes and procedures for common L&D tasks

Required Knowledge and Skills

o Organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, with client goals top of mind
