Association Manager

Our client, an association management company, is looking to hire an Association Manager on a temp to perm basis, ASAP!

Responsibilities
• Serve as primary staff liaison to assigned client boards and committees
• Support board leadership in strategic planning and implementation
• Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with client boards
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting
• Analyze membership data and trends using AMS platforms
• Develop sponsorship packages aligned with conference, program, and annual partnership goals
• Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans
• Utilize AMS platforms for reporting, membership tracking, and engagement
• Plan and execute annual conferences and meetings


Qualifications
• 3–7+ years of direct association management experience
• Experience working in an Association Management Company (AMC) environment preferred
• Proven experience managing boards and volunteer leaders
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Experience using Cvent (or similar event management software)
