Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

A wonderful financial firm is looking for a thoughtful, client-service oriented and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their highly collaborative team.  This is a role for someone who loves this work and is looking for a long-term home in this role.

Salary commensurate with experience: $80-110k base + discretionary bonus, medical benefits, 401k match and 3 weeks PTO

Location: Stamford, CT (parking is available onsite and there is a shuttle from the train station)

This role is hybrid - onsite Monday–Thursday and offers remote Fridays

The hours are: 8:00am–5:00pm

Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience – reception, administration, hospitality, office coordination – open to industry background
-Must be fluent in Microsoft Outlook and know how to book travel for executives
-Personality traits: high EQ, hospitality focused personality- extremely warm, friendly, and inviting to everyone who calls or steps through the doors

Responsibilities include:
-Greet visitors and manage reception area, coordinating access for all visitors and deliveries
-Maintain conference rooms and reception area, coordinating with vendors and facilities for any office issues
-Answer incoming phone calls and assist with packages and deliveries, managing inventory for supplies and pantry
-Provide Administrative support for three executives, including travel coordination, scheduling in MS Outlook, and expense reports utilizing Excel
-Set-up zoom meetings, assist with scanning/copying, and deliveries
