Executive Assistant to Founder

Role: Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: San Francisco, CA - Financial District
Compensation: $170-190k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Hybrid schedule (4/1)

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-moving, high-profile finance firm. This is a critical, high-trust role for someone who thrives in a demanding environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings absolute precision to everything they do. You will be the Founder’s right hand—keeping priorities clear, details flawless, and days running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper—filtering, prioritizing, and responding to communications with discretion
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence to a consistently high standard
- Step in as needed on personal assistant tasks, ensuring the Founder’s professional and personal commitments run smoothly
- Proactively identify issues, solve problems, and keep everything moving without needing direction
- Partner with Personal Assistant to manage calendar and events
