Executive Assistant - Recruiting Team

A well-established, globally respected investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Recruiting function in New York.

This role sits within a performance-driven, detail-oriented environment where precision and discretion are essential. It is designed for a career administrative professional who takes pride in operational rigor and is looking for a long-term home. The ideal candidate values execution, consistency, and accountability.

This role is 3 days onsite, 2 days remote and offers a competitive compensation package and amazing benefits!

Responsibilities
• Coordinate complex, multi-round interviews across multiple time zones
• Manage dynamic calendars for recruiters and senior stakeholders
• Serve as the central liaison for candidates, interviewers, and external search firms
• Oversee logistics across all phases of the hiring process
• Support recruiting leadership with meeting coordination and travel
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all candidate and employee matters
• Prepare and reconcile recruiting-related expenses

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–7+ years supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced Executive Search firm industry or environment
• Demonstrated expertise managing high-volume scheduling with precision
• Strong written communication skills and professional presence
• Sound judgment and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred
