Senior/Client Advisor

Our luxury high jewelry client is looking for client and senior client advisors! This will be for a brand new store opening at South Coast Plaza this summer.


The Client Advisor/ Sr Client Advisor is an elite brand guardian responsible for managing the world’s most discerning jewelry collections. Beyond standard sales, this individual acts as a curator and strategic consultant, specializing in the acquisition of investment-grade diamonds and the styling of bespoke high jewelry.


Elevated Responsibilities

  • High-Stakes Negotiations: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for seven-figure loose stones and unique high jewelry masterpieces, demonstrating a deep understanding of the global diamond market.
  • Curated Styling & Artistry: Utilize a strong editorial eye to style clients, mixing contemporary fashion with the company's signature "Diamond Wardrobe" philosophy.
  • Strategic Clienteling: Cultivate a global network of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, acting as a long-term advisor for multi-generational collection building.
  • Bespoke Project Management: Facilitate the creation of custom-designed heirlooms, translating client desires into technical briefs for the atelier.

Key Verbiage & Qualifications

  • High Jewelry Pedigree: Must possess 5+ years of High Jewelry experience, with a proven track record of closing transactions for seven-figure stones ($1M+).
  • Gemological Authority: Comprehensive knowledge of GIA/HRD grading standards and the provenance of rare gemstones.
  • Styling Visionary: An innate ability to modernize high jewelry; someone who understands how to style a $500k necklace as effortlessly as a signature ring.
  • Discretion & Sophistication: Able to navigate the most exclusive social circles with "quiet luxury" etiquette and absolute confidentiality.
