Account Manager Recruiter - Creative

Syndicatebleu is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter/Account Manager to join our creative recruiting team at our vibrant NYC office.

In this role, you will manage creative freelance searches with our clients primarily within advertising, marketing, fashion, tech, and more.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of agency recruiting experience looking for a more modern, forward-thinking, and vibrant culture with amazing perks, benefits and unlimited earning potential.

What you will be doing:

  • Matchmaking top creative talent with freelance job opportunities with our incredible clients
  • Acting as a point of contact and valued resource for our clients on their current and upcoming hiring needs
  • Leading job intake calls; asking insightful questions about the role and the culture to make the best match
  • Advising clients on the search process and setting expectations
  • Negotiating competitive salary, compensation packages, fee agreements, contracts, and rates
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
  • Reviewing portfolios, websites and design work.
  • Conducting thorough phone screens, video and in-person interviews
  • Pitching jobs to appropriate candidates and submitting accordingly to clients
  • Coordinating, confirming, and coaching candidates for client interviews
  • Performing candidate outreach, soliciting feedback, and conducting debriefs
  • Presenting, negotiating and closing offers and agreements
  • Completing detailed reference checks and facilitating any other onboarding requirements
  • Ensuring proper compliance, data-entry, payroll and invoicing procedures are met
  • Consistently delivering the best service to our clients
  • Generating candidate and client referrals and leads
  • Keeping informed of new sourcing strategies and monitoring market trends
  • Growing existing accounts; cross-selling our other recruiting divisions
  • Building new relationships and marketing and securing new business

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of recruiting and/or sales experience
  • Stability and proven track record of building strong relationships
  • An ability to connect with creative talent and think outside of the box
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms and job boards
  • Experience with Bullhorn or other ATS and CRM databases
  • An eye for design and creative talent
