Store Manager - West Palm Beach

Our client, a globally recognized footwear brand known for quality craftsmanship and timeless design, is looking for a Store Manager to lead the daily operations of its West Palm Beach location. This role is responsible for driving store performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an elevated customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated sales team focused on customer engagement and service excellence
- Drive store and individual sales performance by setting targets, monitoring results, and inspiring the team
- Manage operational budgets, scheduling, and expense control to support business objectives
- Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, and inventory accuracy are consistently maintained
- Enforce company policies, security measures, and loss prevention procedures
- Partner with internal teams to support staffing, payroll coordination, inventory planning, and operational needs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to support employee growth

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a retail management role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a customer-facing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to perform essential store duties, including lifting up to 35 lbs
