Branding Coordinator

A boutique A-list branding agency is seeking a Coordinator to take on personal assistant responsibilities and to support a team specializing in celebrity endorsements, brand partnerships, and influencer-driven campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about how talent and brands collaborate to shape culture.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key support role across endorsement and branding initiatives for high-profile talent, including:
• Drafting and editing pitches, decks, and brand-facing materials
• Researching brand categories, partnership trends, and talent insights
• Supporting negotiations and activation workflows for endorsement deals
• Assisting executives with scheduling, meeting prep, and presentation building
• Managing special projects tied to brand campaigns and client opportunities
• Maintaining internal systems, databases, and deal-tracking tools
• Coordinating with talent managers, lawyers, PR teams, brands, and agencies

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience specifically tied to celebrity or influencer brand partnerships
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Have strong organization and time-management skills
• Communicate clearly and professionally with high-level stakeholders
• Handle sensitive information with discretion
• Love for pop culture, digital talent, and brand strategy
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office & Google Workspace; Canva/Airtable a plus)
