Fashion Product Development Associate Manager

Our client, a vintage-inspired sustainable fashion brand, is looking for a temp-to-hire Product Development Associate Manager to join their team on-site in Vernon!

Responsibilities:
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Manage the development process from sketch to final production, ensuring all Technical Design, Material, and Purchasing milestones are met.
• Vendor & Cost Management: Maintain daily communication with overseas vendors, negotiate costs to meet target margins, and manage vendor compliance.
• Sample Tracking: Oversee the development, shipment, and review of prototype and sales samples (SMS) to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs), WIP (Work-in-Process) reports, and data in ERP/PLM systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, merchandising, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, manage bottlenecks, and align on product strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of apparel product development experience
• Overseas apparel manufacturing operations experience
