Treasury Manager
Our client, a global luxury fashion brand, is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to support its growing international footprint. This role will be responsible for overseeing global cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations while partnering closely with senior finance leadership to support strategic initiatives, expansion, and long-term financial stability.
Salary: $100,000–$140,000
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and short-, medium-, and long-term cash forecasting
- Optimize global liquidity through cash concentration structures, intercompany funding, and internal financing strategies
- Monitor working capital performance and support initiatives to improve cash flow and operational efficiency
- Lead relationships with domestic and international banking partners
- Support negotiation of banking fees, services, credit facilities, and treasury products
- Oversee bank account structures, KYC documentation, and authorized signatory governance
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support hedging strategies in coordination with global treasury teams
- Assist with interest rate risk management and capital structure optimization
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, controls, and global treasury frameworks
- Oversee treasury operations including payments, cash settlements, and intercompany transactions
- Maintain strong internal controls and SOX-compliant treasury processes
- Partner with Accounting on reconciliations, month-end close, audits, and reporting support
- Support treasury systems (TMS), banking platforms, and ERP integrations
- Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies within treasury
- Partner closely with senior finance leadership on capital planning, liquidity strategy, and financial structure
- Support M&A activity, new market entry, and strategic initiatives from a treasury perspective
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CTP preferred)
- 7–10+ years of progressive treasury experience within multinational or complex organizations
- Strong expertise in cash management, foreign exchange, banking, and treasury operations
- Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations
- Strong technical knowledge of treasury management systems and ERP platforms
- High level of financial acumen, risk awareness, and control orientation
