Senior Technical Program Manager

Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join a high-performing PMO. This role sits at the intersection of technology, marketing, operations, data, and content, supporting both a leading subscription streaming platform and an ad-supported streaming service.

The ideal candidate has deep technical fluency and proven experience managing highly complex programs, supporting large-scale, data-driven initiatives across a complex, fast-moving organization.

Pay: $86.21 /hr

Location: Burbank, CA (on site)

Duration: 02/02/2026 to 08/27/2026


What You’ll Do‍

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams, departments, and stakeholder groups
  • Drive effective collaboration, communication, and execution across teams with competing priorities
  • Serve as the program manager for high-profile, data-led initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Promote and apply consistent Agile and portfolio management best practices
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting team velocity, delivery, or quality
  • Act as a servant leader, fostering strong team dynamics, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with teams on Agile planning, execution, and delivery
  • Provide clear, concise program status updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For‍

  • 7+ years of experience as an Agile Program Manager in a technical or highly analytical environment
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; additional Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSP, SAFe) strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies with a track record of driving teams to higher levels of productivity and maturity
  • Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a creative, high-ambiguity environment
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and align technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable making thoughtful decisions with limited data and evolving requirements
