Workplace Experience Lead
Role: Workplace Experience Manager
Location: San Francisco, Jackson Square
Salary: 110 - 150k + Equity + Excellent Benefits
On-site 5 days a week
Our client, a high-performing financial services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workplace Experience Manager to support the day-to-day functioning of our office environment. This role is critical to ensuring our teams operate efficiently, seamlessly, and at the highest standard.
As part of the Workplace Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-run, professional, and highly responsive office environment. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external vendors, anticipate operational needs, and help create a workplace that enables top-tier performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional workplace
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (facilities, cleaning, IT support, deliveries, etc.)
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and general administrative needs
- Support meeting logistics, office events, and visiting clients or stakeholders
- Assist with space planning, onboarding/offboarding, and workplace initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Professional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Ability to work successfully in an unstructured environment
- Proficiency with standard office tools and systems
- Bachelor's degree
