A highly innovative, fast-scaling AI company, fresh off a successful Series B raise and rapid headcount growth, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support its dynamic and pioneering CEO. This is a highly visible, high-trust role supporting a brilliant executive operating at the forefront of AI.
The Role
This role blends strategic EA support with hands-on PA responsibilities, ideal for someone who loves operating at the center of the action. You’ll act as a true right hand—overseeing projects, liaising across departments, while anticipating needs before they’re voiced. This role is best suited for a self-starter who figures things out independently and takes ownership from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive executive support to the CEO in a super fast-paced, scaling environment
- Project oversight and cross-functional coordination with internal teams
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and social buffer
- Personal support responsibilities, including, scheduling and appointments
- Making reservations, planning logistics, and running errands
- Supporting family scheduling needs
- Manage hotels, ground transportation, and travel logistics
- Proactively identifying issues, solving problems, and driving tasks to completion.
