Project Manager

A global investment firm is hiring for a Project Manager to execute strategic priorities, build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional transformational projects. The ideal candidate will be great at driving people and processes across teams and functions.

Office is based in Midtown NYC, generally working 8am-6pm and offers remote Fridays

Responsibilities include:  
• Shaping and defining long-term vision and strategies, and driving progress toward those goals  
• Project-managing 1-2 strategic workstreams alongside senior investors and enablement teams  
• Lead pillar-level and cross-department programs (special projects), including:  
• Renovating team designs to more effectively support investment strategies  
• Partnering with senior investors on targeted renovations of operating model designs  
• Co-owning the build-out of new business lines with senior investors  
• Designing and implementing new approaches to onboarding, training, and developing high-caliber junior and mid-career talent  

Qualifications :
• 3+ years of experience in project, program, and/or operational management in a fast-paced environment (open to industry background)
• Open to experience working closely in operations, with senior leaders to manage projects or consulting working closely to manage clients
• BA/BS Degree required

• Not afraid to ask questions or raise problems/concerns
• Flexible and can operate well in the gray
• Have a passion for operational excellence  
• Strong ability to manage and execute on many concurrent threads across different initiatives and stakeholders  
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders
