Senior Manager, Global Marketing Analytics
Seeking a Senior Manager of Global Marketing & Social Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across U.S. and international theatrical marketing teams. This role plays a critical part in shaping campaign strategy, creative execution, and media optimization through advanced analytics, experimentation, and insight development.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights that inform global marketing strategy and creative decision-making
- Drive complex analyses to evaluate, prioritize, and optimize paid and organic theatrical marketing campaigns across markets
- Design, execute, and analyze marketing and media experimentation initiatives in partnership with cross-functional marketing teams
- Conduct multi-platform performance deep dives and extract learnings from digital creative testing
- Synthesize and present insights from brand lift studies, audience behavior, campaign performance, and regional box office trends
- Partner closely with creative and media teams to provide data-backed rotation and optimization recommendations for digital and TV campaigns
- Monitor real-time audience responses across social, digital, and emerging platforms to identify trends in moviegoing behavior and content engagement
- Lead competitive analyses, industry trend reporting, and ad-hoc research to support both tactical decisions and long-term planning
- Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders, elevating data literacy and promoting an insight-led culture
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical, data-driven environment (entertainment, digital media, consumer insights, consulting, investment banking, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience within a major studio, streaming platform, or theatrical marketing agency
- Proven ability to lead and execute analytics and insights projects across U.S. and global markets
- Strong expertise in marketing testing frameworks, campaign effectiveness analysis, and performance optimization
- Experience working with secondary research, including social, search, and performance data (primary research or data science–only backgrounds will not be considered)
- Ability to independently define key questions, lead quantitative analyses, and clearly communicate insights to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the TV, streaming, and social media ecosystem, including paid and organic metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience leading market research or consumer insights initiatives within the theatrical space
- Strong understanding of MarTech and AdTech platforms, including brand lift and campaign effectiveness studies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, Power BI)
- Strong project management skills, including oversight of vendor relationships and insight delivery timelines
