Private Client Advisor

Our client, a luxury jewelry and timepiece brand, is seeking a driven Private Client Advisor with luxury watch and/or fine jewelry experience and an existing client book. This role is ideal for a confident sales closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is motivated by strong earning potential.

Compensation:

Base salary $50,000–$65,000 + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings: $75,000–$100,000+)


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, luxury-oriented customer service
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product expertise and personalized recommendations
  • Manage high-volume client communication via email and digital channels with accuracy and professionalism
  • Build and maintain deep product knowledge across evolving collections
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to products, websites, and policies
  • Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and identify client needs to drive sales
  • Handle sensitive client situations with diplomacy and discretion
  • Present offers and sales opportunities to Sales Management

Qualifications

  • Luxury watch and/or fine jewelry experience with an existing client book required
  • Strong negotiation skills; flexible with hours as needed
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Technologically savvy with strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual a plus
