Marketing Manager - TV/DigitalJob

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day execution of TV and digital finishing for marketing assets across multiple studio brands. This role serves as the operational lead for finishing workflows, vendors, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with creative, legal, and media requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead daily finishing workflows for TV spots, featurettes, promos, and digital assets from creative lock through final delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for finishing vendors, managing schedules, turnovers, revisions, specs, and deadlines; proactively identify and escalate risks
  • Oversee status tracking across multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously, maintaining clear and accurate reporting
  • Partner closely with Creative Managers and Coordinators to communicate notes, confirm creative intent, and ensure accuracy of graphics, branding, and versions
  • Review finished spots and digital files for shot accuracy, color consistency, formatting, captions (.SRT), and platform compliance
  • Collaborate with Media teams to support asset deliveries, rotations, placements, and ISCI code accuracy
  • Manage legal, MPA, and network clearance notes and coordinate required revisions with creative and vendor teams
