Creative Director

A Marketing Agency is seeking Creative Directors to support a diverse mix of clients across B2B, entertainment, and CPG brands. Projects vary in scope and pace, ranging from rapid-turn pitch and RFP work to longer-term creative assignments. This role is ideal for a conceptually driven creative leader with a strong command of art direction, design, and narrative, who can quickly establish a point of view while also sustaining creative momentum over time.

Type: Contract/Project-Based

Pay: $115/hr - $200/hr (commensurate on candidate experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative concepting and storytelling across brand, experiential, and campaign-based initiatives
  • Develop high-level creative directions, visual systems, and design frameworks
  • Contribute to and lead RFP responses, including concept decks and presentation materials
  • Partner closely with strategy, account, and production teams to align creative vision with business objectives
  • Provide hands-on art direction and design oversight across all deliverables
  • Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Adapt quickly to varying brand categories, timelines, and project scopes

Qualifications

  • Background in art direction, conceptual design, and creative leadership
  • Experience across one or more of the following categories: B2B, entertainment, sports or CPG brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executed creative work
  • Comfort working across both short-term RFP engagements and longer-term projects
  • Availability to work part-time or full-time based on project needs

Senior-level candidates should have experience leading teams and owning creative vision end-to-end
