Chief of Staff - Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area
Title: Chief of Staff
Location: Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday (In-Person)
Job Summary:
Our client, a private equity firm with a diverse portfolio across real estate, hospitality, logistics, and international businesses is seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to work directly with a senior principal. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the center of a fast-moving organization, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple businesses and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, discreet, and thrives in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
-Promote strong collaboration across teams and ensure information, analysis, and materials are directed to the appropriate stakeholders.
-Oversee executive calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
-Prepare, organize, and maintain critical documents and materials.
-Act as a primary point of contact for executives, internal teams, partners, and key stakeholders.
-Manage communications across all channels with internal teams, partners, and external contacts.
-Perform comprehensive industry research, synthesize findings, draw actionable conclusions, and support execution and implementation.
-Plan and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and related meeting logistics.
-Coordinate corporate events and special projects; assist with meeting and conference preparation and liaise with philanthropic initiatives, both internal and external.
Qualifications:
-Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion
-Exceptional communication and organizational skills
-Ability to synthesize information and drive follow-through
-Comfortable working in-person in a high-touch, fast-paced setting
-Prior experience in management consulting, strategy, chief of staff, or a comparable role involving senior-level advisory and execution support preferred
