Creative Director/Senior Copywriter

A full-service creative studio is seeking an experienced Creative Director/Senior Copywriter with strong hands-on writing capabilities and a deep understanding of performance marketing. This role is heavily focused on developing high-converting YouTube advertising and culturally fluent creative for Latin American markets. The ideal candidate brings an agency background, a data-informed creative mindset, and the ability to translate insights into compelling, results-driven copy.

Pay: 55/hr-80/hr (DOE)
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the concepting, writing, and execution of high-performing creative, with a primary focus on YouTube paid advertising and performance-based digital campaigns
  • Develop culturally relevant copy and creative strategies tailored to Latin American audiences
  • Apply performance insights and testing learnings to continuously optimize creative for conversion
  • Manage creative workflows, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Collaborate closely with production and strategy partners to deliver end-to-end creative solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior creative role (Creative Director and/or Senior Copywriter) within an advertising or creative agency
  • Proven experience developing advertising for Latin American markets, with strong cultural fluency and nuance
  • Extensive hands-on experience with YouTube paid ads and performance marketing, including direct-response and creator-led formats
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated digital campaigns with a clear emphasis on performance and conversion
