Executive Assistant

Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel; experience with private travel is a plus
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and on time
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, conference rooms, and follow-ups
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with document preparation and basic administrative support as needed
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably within private equity, finance, or professional services
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and operate with urgency
  • Proficiency in standard office tools (Outlook, calendar platforms, expense systems)
