Office Assistant

Position Summary:
The Office Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a welcoming environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in an administrative career path, with opportunities for long-term advancement and skill development. You’ll support various office functions, take on ad hoc administrative projects, and be the face of our firm at the front desk.
This role reports to the Midtown location 5 days/week.
The targeted base compensation for this role is $55-65k DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including common areas and supply rooms
- Monitor and restock office supplies and kitchen items
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference room calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Participate in ad hoc projects to support various departments
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a team environment
