Corporate Archives Coordinator

Seeking a Corporate Archives Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities for a prominent retail brand. This role combines project management and employee engagement, helping bring our brands’ histories to life through research, storytelling, and curated experiences.

Duration: 1 year
Location: Onsite SF

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate archival projects, including asset intake, movement, and processing
  • Lead tours and support activations, installations, and engagement initiatives at corporate hubs
  • Respond to research requests
  • Rehouse and scan physical archival assets; upload digital files per team guidelines
  • Support maintenance of onsite and offsite storage spaces
  • General project management and other duties as assigned

Key Experiences

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with public speaking; friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and digital imaging software
  • Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or coursework in library science, archival/museum studies a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of archival assistance experience, preferably in a corporate environment
