Office Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to executive leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a key part in keeping the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs and day-to-day operations
- Maintain a professional, organized, and well-functioning office environment
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including scheduling and coordination
- Manage office vendors and services, including facilities, IT, and general operations
- Coordinate internal meetings, office events, and special projects
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate office records
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is appropriately stocked
- Interface with internal teams, external vendors, and visitors as needed
- Provide operational and administrative support across departments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office coordination, administrative, or similar role
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Proficiency with standard office tools and systems (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Spanish language skills a plus
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
