Executive Producer

Our client, an experiential agency, is looking to hire an Executive Producer on a freelance basis for a few months! This role will be remote with travel - MUST be open to working PST hours.


Responsibilities
• Act as the primary client contact across programs
• Lead client communications, including scope, budget, and timeline discussions
• Manage planning and execution from kickoff through closeout
• Own budgets, track changes, and communicate cost/scope impacts
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Oversee logistics, production, and onsite execution as needed


Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Executive Producer
• Strong ability to manage complex client conversations around budget and scope
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously
• Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative approach
• Able to work independently while keeping stakeholders aligned
