Central Operations Executive Assistant

Our client, a fast-paced and highly polished finance firm in San Francisco, is seeking an exceptional Central Operations Executive Assistant to support leaders across the firm’s operational functions, including the Principal COO, a VP and Associate, and a VP and Associate within Portfolio Operations.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, cross-functional work, and being deeply involved in how the firm operates day to day. This role sits at the intersection of operations, portfolio support, and people initiatives. The right candidate will be energized by wearing multiple hats and contributing beyond core administrative work, with meaningful involvement in events, recruiting efforts, and portfolio company coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic administrative support across Central and Portfolio Operations leadership
- Assist with planning and executing internal and external events
- Support recruiting processes, scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Maintain and organize portfolio company information and internal databases
- Partner cross-functionally to keep initiatives moving forward efficiently
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and strong judgment

What Our Client Is Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in an EA, operations, or hybrid support role
- Interest in a non-traditional EA position with broad scope and ownership
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and sound judgment
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
$120,000 base salary
