Executive Assistant to Partner

Our client, a high-performing and highly polished finance firm in San Francisco, is seeking an exceptional Partner Executive Assistant to support one Partner and one VP on the investment side. This is a critical role for a top-tier EA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings precision, discretion, and confidence to everything they do.

This role sits at the center of the investment team and requires an EA who can anticipate needs, manage complexity, and keep senior leaders operating at peak efficiency. You’ll be trusted with significant responsibility and exposure in a demanding, results-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless calendar, travel, and meeting management for a Partner and VP
- Manage high-volume scheduling and frequent last-minute changes with ease
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner, anticipating priorities and deadlines
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

What Our Client Is Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in finance, private equity, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle a heavy workload and competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and highly polished

Compensation
$135,000 base salary
