Receptionist

Our client, a highly respected investment firm, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the face of their San Francisco office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional first impression.

The Opportunity
As Receptionist, you’ll play a critical role in the daily operations of the office—welcoming guests, supporting internal teams, and ensuring the workplace runs seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone with strong judgment, impeccable discretion, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and employees
- Manage incoming calls and act as a professional gatekeeper
- Provide administrative support to investment professionals, including expense reporting and travel coordination
- Maintain reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas to a high standard
- Order office and kitchen supplies and manage shared resources
- Support meetings, in-office events, and special projects
- Collaborate with the broader administrative team and provide coverage as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

What Our Client Is Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year
