Planner

Our client, a hard goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Planner to join their team!

Responsibilities

  • Own demand forecasts by SKU, category, and channel using historical data, sales trends, and account input
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to align forecasts with customer orders, promotions, and seasonal programs
  • Collaborate with Production and Sourcing to plan production quantities, lead times, and capacity needs
  • Monitor inventory health including sell-through, weeks of supply, and stock coverage
  • Support new product launches, line reviews, and product lifecycle planning
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly planning reports and KPIs to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain data accuracy within ERP and planning systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of planning, demand planning, or inventory planning experience within hard goods, consumer products, or manufacturing
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Experience supporting wholesale and/or retail accounts
