Administrative Assistant

Our client, a consulting firm, is seeking a polished and proactive Administrative Assistant to join its growing Palm Beach office. This role will provide dedicated administrative support to a senior leader joining the firm, as well as general support to a small group of professionals across varying levels of seniority.

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, handling responsibilities that include complex scheduling, travel coordination, and general administrative support. This position requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, including the ability to provide coverage for other administrative staff as needed.


Responsibilities:
-Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings
-Arranging domestic and international travel and processing expenses
-Supporting multiple team members with administrative needs
-Assisting with internal coordination and ad hoc projects
-Collaborating closely with other administrative professionals

Qualifications:
-2 - 4+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment (hospitality or corporate backgrounds welcomed)
-Highly polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
-Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
-Experience with Concur and Salesforce is a plus
-Comfortable with occasional after-hours communication as needed
