Marketing Operations Specialist

Our client, a marketing agency based in NYC, is looking for a Freelance Marketing Operations Specialist with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics.


Responsibilities
- Assess and audit the current Microsoft Dynamics environment, including campaigns, automation, analytics, and lead management.
- Develop a phased MarOps activation roadmap aligned with marketing, sales, and compliance stakeholders.
- Define and implement lead lifecycle frameworks, MQL-to-SQL processes, scoring models, and automation workflows
- Partner with marketing and business development leaders to establish funnel ownership, handoffs, and performance accountability.
- Advise on analytics, tracking, CRM integrations, and executive-level reporting for pipeline and campaign ROI.
-  Provide ongoing strategic guidance on optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Proven expertise in lead lifecycle design, MQL-to-SQL frameworks, and automation workflows.
-  Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and marketing performance reporting.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and compliance teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear actions.
