Assistant

A private household on the Peninsula is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Assistant to support the Chief of Staff with day-to-day operational needs. This role is ideal for someone with a high-end hospitality or luxury retail background who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment and enjoys being on the move. The Runner / Assistant will ensure all personal and household tasks are completed seamlessly, providing exceptional support and maintaining the highest level of discretion.

Qualifications

• Support the Chief of Staff with a wide range of errands, including pickups, deliveries, returns, and general go-fer tasks
• Manage local shopping, gift purchases, donations, and package logistics
• Assist with household needs as they arise, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and proactively
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and household staff when needed
• Maintain organized systems for tracking errands, receipts, and follow-up items
• Provide occasional remote support for task management, scheduling, and communication
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and service at all times

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license; a vehicle can be provided if needed
• Must be local to the Peninsula and comfortable working onsite
• Strong customer-service mindset; experience in high-end hospitality or luxury retail preferred
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently
• Comfortable working independently and handling constantly shifting priorities
• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times

Compensation
• Salary: $80,000–$100,000
