Pop-Up Temp Sales Associate

A high-end apparel brand is launching a seasonal pop-up in Palm Beach and is seeking 3–4 polished, customer-focused Sales Associates to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing brand, deliver an elevated client experience, and be part of a luxury retail environment during peak season.

Sales Associate – Seasonal Pop-Up (3–4 Openings)
Location: Palm Beach, FL (Worth Ave)
Assignment Length: ~3 Months (Starting January 4th)
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, hours approx. 11 AM–7 PM (TBD)
Dress Code: Uniform provided (2 tops + 2 pairs of jeans)

Responsibilities:‍

• Warmly greet and engage guests as they enter the store
• Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering a high-touch, personalized client experience
• Provide in-depth product and brand knowledge to shoppers
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and back-of-house organization
• Steam, fold, and prepare garments for the sales floor
• Promote sales through proactive client engagement and exceptional service
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Support general pop-up operations as needed
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:‍

• 1–2+ years of retail experience (luxury or contemporary apparel strongly preferred)
• Strong sales abilities and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, polished, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends
• Enthusiasm for fashion and representing a premium brand
