Creative Director

Ou client, a markeitng agency is seeking a Creative Director to lead the full creative vision and execution for an e-commerce PDP initiative, including high-impact visuals, product videos, and AI-generated imagery. This role will guide creative strategy end-to-end, from ideation to production and final delivery, ensuring assets are optimized for performance, clarity, and conversion. Ideal candidates bring strong experience producing Amazon PDP content and have direct exposure to AI-driven creative workflows for consumer products.

This role is an exciting opportunity to shape e-commerce product storytelling at scale, leveraging AI, rich content, and thoughtful brand experience to elevate the digital retail journey.

Type: Temp/Part Time
Location: Detroit, MI (on-site required)
Schedule: 20-35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities‍

  • Own the overarching creative direction for PDP content, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all assets
  • Concept, develop, and present storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for PDP video and motion content
  • Lead visual development for galleries, A+ modules, product imagery, and other digital placements
  • Oversee production through post—including AI-assisted image generation and content adaptation
  • Be present for production/filming days as needed (occasional travel may be required
  • Maintain alignment with brand standards, quality expectations, and strategic objectives

Qualifications‍

  • Proven success in developing creative for Amazon PDP or similar e-commerce environments
  • Experience working with AI-based creative tools for imagery and asset enhancement
  • Strong creative leadership capabilities with the ability to guide teams and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills, with a clear, collaborative approach to feedback + iteration
  • Knowledge within the beauty or personal care space is a significant plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
