Product Manager

Our client, a globally recognized heritage brand, is seeking a collaborative and detail oriented product manager for order management to join their team.

*This is a remote role with in-office days as needed*



Responsibilities:

  • Support initiation of enhanced/new features in the order management systems through lifecycle
  • Work with key partners, external and internal teams to track and report on project status
  • Proactively problem solve platform issues for seamless order flow
  • Work cross-functionally to meticulously test changes and secure a consistent order process
  • Execute system maintenance
  • Assist the backend team in building and maintaining the product action plan to align with business goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field
  • 3+ years in ecommerce product/ order management role
  • Strong background in backend systems integrations, and problem solving
  • Expertise in end-to-end testing
  • Knowledge of payment processing systems (e.g. Adyen, PayPal)
  • Experience in overseeing requirements for system updates and improvements
  • Understanding of APIs, data flows and system integration
  • Robust MS office Excel skills and fluency in other MS office
  • Fluency in project management tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence)
  • Vendor management background
  • Structured, analytical, and concept-driven approach
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing complex problems
  • Takes full ownership of tasks with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Skilled at working effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
