Our client, a premium CPG/Lifestyle brand, is seeking a skilled Social Content Art Director with a strong focus on Instagram and short-form video. The ideal candidate brings a strategic, data-informed approach to content development and is highly proficient in producing compelling, platform-native creative. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing visual content that aligns with brand standards, supports marketing initiatives, and drives measurable engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute Instagram-focused content strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and carousel assets tailored to platform best practices.
- Ensure all content reflects a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
Trend & Platform Awareness
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to inform content decisions.
- Incorporate trending audio, hashtags, visual styles, and format adjustments to increase reach and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, influencer, and creative teams to support campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and collaborative projects.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Review content performance metrics and apply insights to refine creative strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve visuals, messaging, and overall effectiveness.
- Support ongoing content planning with data-driven recommendations.
Creator & Production Coordination
- Build and manage relationships with external creators, photographers, and videographers as needed.
- Ensure all outsourced creative meets brand expectations and quality standards.
