Core Responsibilities
Campaign & Program Oversight
• Manage day-to-day execution across all influencer programs — ensuring alignment with strategies defined by the Influencer Director.
• Oversee Coordinators’ work on sourcing, briefing, and content tracking.
• Review and approve all creator shortlists, briefs, and content before submission to the Influencer Director or client.
• Ensure influencer selections align with campaign goals, creative direction, and target audience.
• Maintain visibility across all active campaigns, managing pacing, deadlines, and quality.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for campaign or creator issues before they reach the Director.

Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Manage and mentor Influencer Coordinators, providing structure, feedback, and support.
• Establish clear expectations for sourcing quality, outreach professionalism, and campaign organization.
• Regularly review Coordinator work — creator lists, briefs, and content drafts — providing actionable, detailed feedback.
• Help develop Coordinators’ judgment and creative taste through coaching and shadowing.
• Ensure internal communication between the influencer and social teams remains fluid and efficient.

Influencer Sourcing Oversight
• Review all sourcing lists prepared by the Coordinator — ensuring creators meet brand, aesthetic, and performance criteria.
• Approve creators for final review by the Director or client.
• Ensure diversity, authenticity, and platform relevance in all creator rosters.
• Guide Coordinators in balancing cost, content style, and strategic fit.
• Maintain knowledge of the influencer landscape — spotting trends and emerging talent that fit Hello There’s client mix.

Brief & Deliverable Review
• Oversee the creation and quality of influencer briefs drafted by the coordinator.
• Refine briefs to ensure they clearly communicate campaign story, deliverables, tone, and creative inspiration.
• Align all briefs with the broader social and creative direction, collaborating with the Social and Creative Directors when needed.
• Approve all briefs before client or creator distribution.
• Ensure briefs feel unique, brand-right, and creatively inspiring — not templated or repetitive.

Content Review & Quality Control
• Lead internal content review process for influencer deliverables:
• First pass: completed by Coordinator.
• Second pass (approval): completed by Manager.
• Final sign-off: done by Influencer Director.
• Evaluate all content for creative quality, messaging accuracy, FTC compliance, and brand alignment.
• Provide feedback to Coordinators for creator revisions, ensuring clear and actionable notes.
• Flag high-performing or standout content for reuse or cross-posting on brand channels.

Client & Cross-Team Communication
• Serve as the primary client-facing lead for influencer program updates, deliverable reviews, and performance check-ins.
• Partner with the Account Director to communicate campaign progress, status updates, and reporting summaries.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Influencer Director to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Social and Creative Directors to keep influencer output consistent with broader brand storytelling.
• Join client calls for influencer-specific discussions and report delivery.

Reporting & Performance Insights
• Oversee the collection and QA of influencer metrics (views, engagement, EMV, conversions).
• Ensure Coordinators accurately track content links, screenshots, and analytics in campaign trackers.
• Approve reports before submission to the Influencer Director or client.
• Identify top-performing creators and insights to inform future strategy.
• Support quarterly or post-campaign reports with analysis and narrative framing
