Youth Director

A high-profile family in Austin, TX is seeking a Youth Director to oversee the education, extracurricular, and personal development activities of their four children. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring flexibility and a proactive, organized approach. The ideal candidate has a strong background in education, enjoys working with children, and thrives in a dynamic household environment.

***This role is based on-site in Austin, TX - (Sunday–Thursday with flexible hours).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the children’s education, including managing tutors, providing hands-on homework assistance, and ensuring educational materials and supplies are organized across both residences.
- Develop and coordinate sports schedules each quarter/season, including registration, private coaching, and equipment logistics.
- Maintain the children’s healthcare schedules and ensure both homes are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Step in as a stand-in nanny when needed to support daily routines and care.
- Assist in planning and coordinating children’s parties and events.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for all activities and logistics involving the children.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in education or tutoring (upper elementary or middle school level preferred).
- 3+ years in previous roles demonstrating reliability and consistency.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across household staff and parents.
- Energetic, positive, and passionate about youth development.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 DOE
