Executive Assistant

A prestigious investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a C suite Executive in a dynamic role. We are seeking someone with strong academics who is highly driven, and has a genuine interest in learning more about the world of finance. This role offers room to grow and take on additional responsibilities over time within the EA seat, making it an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career.

Compensation commensurate with experience: $100-110k base pay + discretionary bonus and competitive benefits including 401k plan, free lunch, gym, and top insurance.

Onsite Monday – Friday in Midtown, NYC
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday–Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday with flexibility as needed

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of administrative/executive assistant experience in a professional office setting
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have a no job too small attitude and happy to help with Personal Assistant support as needed

Responsibilities include:
• Answer phone calls with proper call screening, forwarding, and message taking.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage daily Outlook calendar
• Prepare and book travel and prepare itineraries with detailed information
• Coordinate with all necessary parties and gather all requested materials
• Track deadlines and conferences, along with earnings calls using Bloomberg/Factset
• Maintain and update contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence on behalf of executive
• Prepare reports and maintain a filing system
• Back up other assistants as needed within the firm
