Estate Manager - Palm Beach

A lovely Palm Beach family is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee operations of a substantial primary residence in West Palm Beach, with eventual responsibility for additional domestic and international properties. The ideal candidate will bring a refined approach to household management, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of UHNW principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage household staff, including scheduling, performance oversight, and hiring.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the principals, ensuring seamless communication and discretion.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for all properties, including forecasting for future projects and renovations.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management across all aspects of home maintenance and operations.
  • Supervise capital improvements, repairs, and maintenance projects, ensuring timelines and expenses are met.
  • Manage and catalog household collections, including artwork, furniture, and collectibles.
  • Maintain comprehensive household inventories—china, silver, wine, and personal items—across all residences.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including private and commercial arrangements.
  • Partner with principals to plan and execute charitable and social events.
  • Collaborate with designers and contractors on construction projects and art installations.
  • Implement consistent systems and standards across all properties.
  • Utilize and maintain advanced home automation systems (Crestron, Savant, AMX, and Lutron).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-residence households for UHNW families.
  • Strong business acumen across finance, budgeting, HR, and operations.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with luxury service standards and high-level event coordination.
