Social & TikTok Strategist

Our client is seeking a creative, data-driven Social & TikTok Strategy Specialist to lead organic and short-form content strategy across TikTok and social channels for multiple beauty and wellness brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, social storytelling, and the creator ecosystem, and who can translate insights into high-performing content that drives engagement, growth, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organic social strategies tailored to each brand’s voice, audience, and goals
  • Create monthly social roadmaps aligned with marketing calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Define and balance shoppable (product- and CTA-driven) and non-shoppable (educational, lifestyle, and community-focused) content
  • Partner cross-functionally with paid media, influencer, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual direction
  • Concept, brief, and review content for brand-produced and creator/UGC assets, ensuring storytelling, tone, and visual identity alignment
  • Manage content calendars, captions, hashtags, and asset optimization for TikTok, Reels, Stories, and carousels
  • Track and analyze KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, reach, link clicks, and content saves
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and recommended next steps

Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in social media strategy, content, or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or consumer brands
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and platform best practices
  • Strong creative instincts paired with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience working with creators, UGC, and influencer-led content
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment
