  • Communicate program status, issues, and next steps to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira and Rally to structure work, define estimates, build execution plans, remove blockers, and drive alignment.

  • Oversee configuration and custom development within warehouse management platforms.
  • Manage integrations between logistics systems and upstream/downstream platforms, including OMS, merchandising systems, carriers/3PLs, and microservices.
  • Lead development and QA efforts for integrations, reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
  • Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate quality control processes, documentation, communication plans, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify strategic interdependencies and collaborate with partners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, QA, and product.

  • Clear, confident communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and navigating cross-team dependencies.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and collaboration capabilities.
  • High execution bias and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
