Administrative Assistant

A boutique, prestigious private equity firm is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support their Head of Marketing and Talent Acquisition.

Salary is DOE: $70-85k base range + discretionary bonus (will be pro-rated) + 100% paid for medical, dental, vision benefits  + 401k (eligible after 1 year, currently at no match but are looking to implement this soon) + great perks!

Location: Onsite Monday - Friday in a gorgeous new office in Midtown East, NYC

Responsibilities include:
• Manage Outlook calendars of Executives by coordinating and scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, booking travel, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Proactively manage travel needs and create detailed itineraries.
• Completion of detailed corporate expenses including tracking receipts and reimbursements.
• Compose documents and collaborate with appropriate departments to format, edit and proofread.
• Order office supplies and lunches, stock the kitchen, maintain conference rooms tidiness and other facility duties as designated.
• Submit and coordinate building maintenance requests.
• Coordinate work with external vendors and teams virtually and in person.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of corporate administrative support
• Experienced with Outlook calendar management and high-volume scheduling experience.
• Experience with coordinating travel arrangements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
• An autonomous worker with strong follow-through skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
