Compensation: Up to $25/hr base pay + monthly incentives upon full-time conversion

What You’ll Do:‍

• Be the warm, welcoming face of the admissions team—supporting clients and their families with empathy and clarity.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate program information in a timely, compassionate manner.
• Guide families through paperwork and required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a trusted liaison, creating a smooth and supportive admissions experience from first contact to intake
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional service in all communications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous clerical or admissions experience in healthcare/behavioral health (insurance verification a plus!).
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record systems.
• Strong communicator with excellent people skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
