Executive Assistant – Global Private Equity Firm

Seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team within a leading Global Private Equity Firm. This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished, resourceful Executive Assistant who values professionalism, autonomy, and being part of a tight-knit, globally connected team.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Partner, SVP and the small team
• Manage dynamic and complex calendars across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visa arrangements
• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics
• Handle expense reports and reimbursement processing in a timely manner
• Greet clients, investors, and guests with professionalism; coordinate meeting rooms and catering needs
• Partner closely with the Office Manager to ensure office and kitchen supplies are well stocked
• Proactively manage correspondence and ensure timely communication flow
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times, handling sensitive information with care
• Occasionally assist with light personal tasks or ad hoc projects

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant within Private Equity, Financial Services, or Professional Services
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently
