Administrative Coordinator

A global financial services firm is seeking a team coordinator to work closely with two senior leaders. This role will help run the department’s management systems including coordinating people, processes, and priorities and help shape and evolve how the Implementation community develops, and performs.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn from senior investors and professionals while building a trajectory toward program management, leadership operations, or talent strategy.
The salary range is $80k-110k + discretionary bonus and excellent benefits package

Location: Westport, CT in office (free shuttle from NYC available) – this is a hybrid role, onsite 4 days/week

Hours: typically around 8am-6pm  

Responsibilities include:  
• Run and improve the team’s operations including meetings, communications, tracking systems, and follow-ups.
• Drive execution on key initiatives by anticipating next steps, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring milestones are met.
• Organize information for decision-making and preparing materials that surface key insights and support effective discussions.
• Manage complex schedules and competing priorities.
• Act as a connective hub across the department.
• Identify and solve problems proactively and recommending improvements.  

Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional experience with a demonstrative ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously and maintaining composure during times of pressure.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools; familiarity with structured or project-management tools a plus.
